The Boston Celtics is an American professional basketball team, and one of the eight original teams in the NBA. It was founded in 1946 currently playing at the TD Garden where they won 17 NBA Championships making them the winningest team in the NBA.
Some of the best NBA halls of fame players played in this franchise such as Bill Russel, John Havlicek, Larry Bird, and Paul Pierce were all have been the cornerstone and franchise players for the Celtics.
But perhaps the Celtics are best known for battling their conference rival the Los Angeles Lakers where they have battled numerous times in the NBA finals, they have met 12 times in the NBA finals making it the most-watched NBA finals game in history.
The Boston Celtics are one of the NBA’s historic franchises and at present, it had some of the most talented players such as Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown currently being the superstars of the Celtics.
